Artist Statement & Philosophy
To me, from the precise moment of exposure, a photograph becomes an independent, indivisible \"sanctity.\" In the spirit of this philosophy, every single adjustment—with the strict exception of cropping—is applied globally to the entirety of the image. By treating the frame as a whole, the organic relativity of light and shadow is preserved, ensuring that no artificial distortions occur.My work is an exploration of visual silence, geometry, and low-key contrasts. Whether observing the internal glow of a seashell for months, or archiving the anonymous, raw stories of metro passengers through a strict 1:1 conceptual series, the subject remains secondary. The true narrative is always built by the uncompromised truth of contrast and the poetry of light.
