I've been known as some bordering-fetishfreak for few years and must say - this one su...err, doesn't improving the picture that much as it should be. Black one might work with some mildly pink outline like you have in this picture (outline placement I mean).
As for the rest it's good morning shot with nice tones. That wave peak from the bottom-left might be looking better mirrored on right side of picture - in a sync with the motion of elements composition. I know, I know it is hard to catch perfect moment, just sharing some thoughts about elements which somehow breaking this composition for me ( borders included :)
That's where dreams might come from :)
The picture has life and rythm and mystery in it and I like it a lot indeed. But the frame doesn't suit the picture at all to my mind. Sorry to say that :(
