Yes, I know the music of Arno very well. I like his style and (alternative) music. Being a teenager in the late seventies I visited his gigs when he was performing in small pubs and at local fairs. Then he had a music band called " TC Matic ". Listen to the song "Ho la la " on Youtube ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1v1BC1TL-Q) Great beat! :)
Belgium has a lot of great music bands in the rock and alternative scene. Listen to songs of " dEUS" , "Absynthe Minded" , "Hooverphonic", "Ozark Henry" (very good!) , " Ann Pierlé (&White Velvet)" (I love her music and voice more and more. Just open my personal website "http://fotoda.zenfolio.com/" and listen to a song of her), "The Isbells" (soft type music) and Front242 (harder type :) I'm sure I'm forgetting several others. There are so many of them in this tiny country. Rock music is very much alive here and all summer long there are festivals everywhere.
Thank you Danny:) I know practically all bands you've mentioned (except Ozark Henry) quite well and dEUS in one of my favorite ones (In a Bar, Under the Sea is bloody great as well as The Ideal Crash and Worst Case Scenario). The only reason I asked about Arno's Brussld is that your shot has been done in Brussels and he has very funny song about your capital on this CD:)
BK are great indeed and every new CD is better than previous. I have a lot of these new gararge bands in my collection, White Stripes and everything connected with Jack White is the very best
