I took this photo in autumn, around 4 pm. The sun was quite intense, but at that time of year it has a particular quality: it shines brightly without becoming harsh. It wasn’t planned. It was one of those moments you encounter while walking, when light, color, and the scene suddenly align. I’m always drawn to vibrant colors and to the kind of light that enhances them, and in this case that combination appeared very naturally.
Good timing. The light at 4 PM in autumn gives that warm, saturated tone—perfect for the orange wall. The silhouettes add depth without losing the color’s impact.

Eugenia, what time of day was this shot? The light suggests late afternoon, but I’m curious if it was planned or found.
