35PHOTO is a platform dedicated to high-quality photography. Our goal is to collect outstanding works in one place and provide удобный просмотр, presentation, and navigation.

The platform is open to everyone, however all photographs are moderated. Technical defects, inappropriate content, and works lacking artistic value are rejected.

Features such as reposting and series publishing are available.

Rules

1. A photograph must have artistic value.
2. Respect other users.
3. Posting illustrations, drawings, 3D graphics, or any images created fully or partially using generative artificial intelligence (AI) is prohibited.
4. Insults result in a 48-hour ban. Repeated violations may lead to stricter measures.
5. Uploading images that are not your own will result in account deletion.
6. Posting nude images of persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
7. Nude photography is allowed only in the designated “NUDE” section. Violations result in removal; repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
8. Images focusing on explicit sexual content or lacking artistic value are not accepted.
9. The administration may assign “candidate” status if the total number of votes for the last 3 photos is below 20.
10. The administration reserves the right to modify rules and make decisions regarding users at its sole discretion.

The administration reserves the right to remove photographs and comments containing offensive, aggressive, discriminatory content or calls for violence. Particular attention is given to erotic content and images involving violence or religious or racial intolerance.

User Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use of the website 35photo.pro and all its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Website is part of a unified project together with 35awards.com. Accounts and authorization are shared across both domains.

1. General Terms

1.1. By accessing the Website, the user agrees to these terms.

1.2. The administration may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect 3 days after publication.

1.3. The administration acts as an information intermediary and is not the initiator of user-generated content.

1.4. Personal data may be processed as necessary to provide the service, including cross-border processing where required.

1.5. By uploading content, the user grants the administration a non-exclusive license to display, adapt, and use the images within the Website interface and promotional materials with proper attribution. The license is valid for the duration of publication.

1.6. The Website may contain content intended for audiences 16+/18+. Users confirm they meet the required age.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The user must comply with applicable laws and respect intellectual property and personal rights.

2.2. The user guarantees authorship or proper rights to all uploaded images.

2.3. It is prohibited to upload content that violates laws, including but not limited to extremist materials, promotion of violence, drugs, self-harm, or illegal activities.

2.4. It is strictly prohibited to upload images created using generative artificial intelligence (AI), or containing AI-generated elements.

2.5. The user is fully responsible for their publications and comments. Offensive or abusive behavior is not allowed.

2.6. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The administration is not responsible for their content.

2.7. The user agrees to receive service-related notifications (email, push). Marketing communications require separate consent.

2.9. Responsibility for Images of Third Parties

2.9.1. By uploading photographs depicting other individuals, the user guarantees that:

• they have all necessary rights to publish such images;
• they have obtained written consent (model release) from all depicted persons for online publication without limitation;
• they are ready to provide such consent upon request;
• they bear full responsibility for any violation of third-party rights.

2.9.2. In case of complaints, the administration may request documents and temporarily restrict access to the image until clarification.

2.9.3. Commercial or advertising shoots require a signed model release. Without it, content may be rejected or removed.

2.9.4. The absence of consent may lead to content removal, account suspension, and legal liability.

3. Administration Rights

3.1. The administration may moderate content, remove materials, and block accounts in case of violations, complaints, or risks to third parties.

3.2. The administration does not resolve disputes between users or third parties. Such disputes must be resolved independently.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Website is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

4.2. The administration is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

4.3. The administration is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5. Claims

5.1. Claims may be sent to: office@35photo.pro. Response time — up to 30 days.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

6.2. Continued use of the Website confirms full acceptance of these terms.
