Каменная церковь на берегу реки Чусовой в Уткинской Слободе (село Слобода, Первоуральский район, Свердловской области)
заложена в июне 1806г. В годы советской власти церковь не закрывалась и оставалась единственным действующим храмом на реке Чусовой.
