День был теплый, солнечный и немного ветреный
Такой день, когда всем сердцем ощущаешь радость прихода Весны и тепла…
Когда просто хочется жмуриться, мечтать и улыбаться.

i like the first shot. The light is too dark for my older eyes. And one eye is 98% blind. But after a minute of relaxation and adjustment, (I'm a Librarian: READ: RESTORING YOUR EYESIGHT, A TAOIST METHOD. The author -- an MD eye doc, but poo-poohed by the american med assn ("the Establishment" of liars) and put out to sea, decades ago he published this TRUTH. The eyes must RELAX . Tao is the Yielding metaphysic. Ying Yang/Yin Yan. GO with the flow. Take your opponents thrusts/ hand and toss her to the earth using her own stupid force. Be rooted like a tree. (I once watched a Tai Chi Master [Chinese] stand rooted like a tree . He was 50- 60 years -old. A tall, super-fit, young 25 year -old from california, USA ran full speed at the Master and leapt, kicking with all his strength into the Master's chest . the Master never moved. Not an inch. Not a cm. and the California gym rat bounced off the Master like a mosquito.) TAI CHI CHUAN. ,. . ,. or the lesser, easier TAI CHI CHAN. . . . Acupuncture. . . . Like that. RELAX THE EYES! yes . It works.
